Where do you deliver ?For the moment, we deliver in all Europe within 24 hours. For other countries, please contact us.How much does the delivery cost ?Delivery cost is 69 euros. (24 hours delivery with UPS Express)
How are the livestock packed ?Livestock are packed with most care. We use heating system, quality cardboard boxes. The livestock are placed in thick plastic bags, doubled or tripled, sometimes quadrupled, with more than enough water and oxygen necessary for the travel. Moreover, the bags have absolutely no space to move in the box during the delivery. We do our best to prevent the livestock from being stressed so that they are ready to be acclimated to your aquarium. There are no additives in the bags water. The water in the bags is the same that in our facilities.

We import directly from all over the world the best animals for our customers. We send the animals only if they are in very good health.
Animals have individual bags with oxygen. Our professionnal equipment for international packing and shipment are the best of the world.
 
The box we are using is a 4 cm medical box in polyurethan, which is 4 times more resistant than polystyren. Temperature arrive at 23°C in Finland !
 
 
How can I know my delivery date ?The state of our stocks is
precised in our Internet shop in the "Qty in stock column". All our livestock in stock are
immediately available and ready to be shipped. When you order, your
items are immediately reserved.
When you make your order, you decide the delivery date of your shipment online. There is a calendar.
We only ship on mondays, tuesdays and wednesday for security reasons. Orders arrive within 24 hours. with UPS express.
How and when will I receive my UPS tracking number ?The
day your order is shipped, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., we automatically
send an email with your tracking number for you to be able to follow
your order. To follow your order, go to http://www.ups.com.Why are the orders shipped quickly ?Livestock
shipping must be the shortest possible in order to guarantee the
animals survival. We take the time necessary to be sure that the
livestock are fully acclimated, healthy and well-fed. The available
livestock is then put on our Internet shop. The state of our stocks
(number of individuals) is precised in the column "Number in stock".
All animals you see in stocks are immediately available and ready to be
shipped, although there are rare exceptions.Why is it necessary for the living stock to be acclimated in our facilities ?Most
livestock have already traveled thousands of kilometers before arriving
at our facilities. We have to quarantine them in order to make sure
that they are healthy and completely prepared to tank life. This allows
us to ensure high quality and our 15 day guarantee.
